Hello my name is De-Shaunah Dixon. I am a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for compassionate care and mental wellness. I am from the sunshine state, Florida. I obtained my dual bachelors degree in Nursing and Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. I went on to further my education by obtaining my Masters of Nursing, specializing in psychiatric mental health and then went on to complete my Doctorate in Nursing Practice. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take a person-centered approach to treatment, recognizing that each individual has unique needs and experiences. I create a safe and supportive environment where my patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their mental wellness journey.

Krissy Devors

Krissy is a licensed clinical social worker and I reside in Port Orange, Florida. Krissy graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2001 and began her career working with intellectually disabled adults in the sheltered workshop, intermittent CILA/CILA, and home-based settings for 12 years. After getting her Masters in social work, Krissy provided group therapy to clients in her community. Krissy works with clients on feeling confident in using their voices and working towards getting their needs met in healthy ways. Krissy works with people to understand how trauma can affect their thinking and helps them to work toward who he/she wants to be. Krissy works with all ages and any families that need support. Areas of additional training and experience include: depression, anxiety, abuse/neglect, divorce/co-parenting issues, domestic violence, trauma in children/adults, family relationships, and generational dysfunction.

At this time we only accept Medicaid plans.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $100.
